2. Guided tour through the oldest planned edible forest garden in Central Europe

In contrast to a cereal field or a vegetable field, an edible forest garden is a three-dimensional system arranged on different floors or levels. The focus is on perennial fruits and extensive annual vegetables. In addition to human use, beneficial insects and flower-visiting insects find a diverse habitat here.

Bernhard Gruber, known for his book "The Little Permaculture Primer" and his unique bread ovens, leads us through the wonderful edible forest garden and explains the principles of permaculture.
